Marine Le Pen wants to end free schooling for immigrants in France

The far-right is sweeping Europe. Anti-immigration policies are becoming chic. The latest idea? No more school for immigrants.

Marine Le Pen, a Far Right French politician, suggested that foreigners would not receive education for free under her administration. She has since backtracked slightly and indicated that she only meant illegal immigrants.

"But I tell them: if you come to our country don't expect to be taken care of, to be looked after, that your children will be educated without charge," said Le Pen.

This isn’t the first education opinion she has had. Le Pen has also raised issue with the Pork lunch substitutes for Jewish and Muslim students.
